Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups ripe watermelon cubes seedless or de-seeded
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Measure out 4 cups of ripe watermelon cubes and place them into the blender.

  3. Fill the blender with 1 cup of ice cubes, then secure the lid tightly.

  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is well combined and the ice is crushed, about 30-45 seconds. You should see a bright pink, pulpy liquid with little visible ice chunks.
  5. Pour the blended watermelon mixture directly into glasses, leaving some pulp visible for texture. No straining is necessary.
  6. Serve immediately with an optional sprig of mint for garnish and enjoy the chilled, pulpy drink.
