  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed seedless preferred
  • 2 peaches ripe peaches, sliced peel optional
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves roughly torn
  • 1 lime lime, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Using a sharp knife on a clean cutting board, roughly dice the watermelon into irregular chunks, allowing some seeds to remain visible for texture. Collect the cubes in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Slice the peaches into uneven, rustic pieces, leaving the skin on if preferred. Add the sliced peaches to the bowl with the watermelon.
  3. Juice the lime using a hand citrus press or juicer, collecting approximately 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Pour the lime juice over the fruit mixture.

  4. Rip the fresh mint leaves with clean hands or cut roughly with kitchen scissors and sprinkle over the fruit. Add a quarter teaspoon of salt directly onto the mixture.
