I didn’t plan on writing about watermelon today. Honestly, I was just craving the smell that hits your face when you walk into a produce stand—sharp, sweet, with a hint of earthiness from the rind. This smoothie? It’s kind of accidental. Made it at 7 a.m., because I needed something cool, refreshing, and more than just a snack. It’s not fancy, just watermelon, a squeeze of lime, and a splash of yogurt. But somewhere between blending and taking that first sip, I thought, hmm. This feels like a secret only I’ve unlocked—like I’m drinking summer in a glass right before I need to wash the blender. Turns out, it’s just the thing I needed to kickstart a day that’s feeling a little too routine.
